Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 20, 2026

Draft policy for the Crucable marketing site (crucable.com), a pre-seed company. This has not been reviewed by counsel and does not yet cover Crucable's evaluation platform once it processes customer or patient data — it should be revisited before that launches.

What this covers

This policy applies to crucable.com (the "Site"), operated by Crucable Systems ("Crucable", "we", "us"). It does not apply to the Crucable testing platform itself, which is governed by a separate agreement with pilot customers.

Information we collect

Information you provide. If you book a pilot call via our Cal.com scheduling link, the name, email, and any notes you submit are collected and processed by Cal.com and shared with us to schedule and prepare for that call.
Usage data. We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate traffic (e.g. pages viewed, referring source, device type). We do not sell this data.
No health data. This Site does not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) or any patient data. All agent traces, transcripts, and telemetry shown on the Site are either a single disclosed real case (see the site) or explicitly labeled synthetic/illustrative.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries and schedule pilot conversations.
To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
To communicate with you about Crucable, if you've asked us to.

Third parties

We use third-party services to operate this Site, including Vercel (hosting) and Cal.com (scheduling). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Data retention

We retain scheduling and inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to manage the relationship, and delete it on request.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site and product evolve. Material changes will update the effective date above.
