By accessing crucable.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site is a marketing and informational property for Crucable Systems. It describes Crucable's product — crash-testing and adversarial evaluation infrastructure for healthcare AI agents — and lets visitors book a pilot conversation. The Site itself does not run evaluations, process patient data, or provide clinical advice.
The Site describes one real, documented incident in which a live third-party healthcare voice agent failed to escalate a described emergency. That account is presented as accurately as we are able to based on the underlying transcript. All other demonstrations, telemetry, run IDs, and statistics on the Site are explicitly synthetic and illustrative unless stated otherwise.
Nothing on this Site is medical advice, and the Site is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Crucable tests AI agents; it does not provide care.
The Site's content, design, and branding are owned by Crucable Systems and may not be reproduced without permission, except for fair use (e.g. linking to or quoting the Site with attribution).
The Site is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free or continuously available.
To the extent permitted by law, Crucable Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these terms as the Site and product evolve. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
